You play as a travelling musician who enters a town in the midst of celebration. However, are things really just as they seem or is something more sinister lurking underneath that cheery exterior?

A concept demo based on the historical tale of the Pied Piper of Hamelin (which contrary to popular belief, did not actually include any rats!)

This is my first attempt at messing around with Ren'py so please be kind and leave constructive criticism.

All art including sprites and backgrounds are created by me.

Hi there, I am DragonExplosion and I am a Youtuber. If you like my videos, please leave a like and subscribe at my channel.

This was a cool visual novel with a really familiar story that I might have heard from somewhere before as the ending for the game was quite predictable for me. The art-style of the game and the amount of effort put into making the game must be a lot as the art for the game was able to create a creepy and weird atmosphere for the game. I enjoyed the story-telling and usage of music for the game and would hope to see more from the creator in the future.

Thank you for reading my comment and I wish you good luck in your future endeavours.

Oh wow~ I wasn't expecting anyone to really play my game since I'm pretty new to coding! Thank you so much for your kind words and I'll definitely check out your video! I'll take your feedback into mind and once again, thanks for the play! ^_^ -Hat
